Skill Plus Review Center is an English language proficiency test preparation provider in Northern Luzon, Philippines. It has the competence and, most importantly, the educational experience to successfully guide test takers through all their test preparation needs from Cambridge English Exams to Pearson Test of English.

Skill Plus has a faculty with decades of English Language Skills related lecturing experience. Skill Plus founder has spent many years helping test takers overseas. He has also lectured as a member of the faculty and as Head of English Department in many private institutions in the Middle East and North Africa, including a long stint in Bahrain Defense Force preparing Military officers and personnel achieve required language proficiency to get entry to various Universities and Educational Institutions in the UK, the US, Canada and Australia.
